Zest Money - NOC for my loan

I took a study loan (Loan Id- **A****F****) from Zest Money in the year **** and repaid the complete amount in November ****. The loan is still showing active and due to this, I am not getting any other loans. I have been following up since **** but neither their support number (**********) is active nor they are responding over emails.
