I have made a payment to parimatch on Aug *th *:** AM. This was deducted from my bank. Today is **th April I am filing this complaint. I have contacted multiple times to Parimatch Supoort and all they ask is for my bank statement and screenshot of payment. I have now shared this info with them thrice and they refuse to give an explanation and the support staff just end your chat. They told me the payments team is involved but no results and then they will just cut your chat. Your payment provider is blinding stealing money of people and you do nothing.
