I was living at COLIVE property in Bangalore for ~* months. During this time I was charged additional ****Rs for Electricity despite paying monthly Electricity bill. Was also charged ~**** as additional maintenance charge during this time. After leaving the property, the Deposit Cheque was given after * months, which was post dated by further month. Out of overall deposit of *****, only ***** was agreed to be returned. The cheque bounced *nd week in September due to insufficient fund. I was informed to redeposit the cheque after a week. The cheque again bounced in *th week on September due to insufficient funds. The phoneline is constantly busy. The representatives on direct line are not answering the call either.
This is an absolutely disappointing and worthless service and has caused unnecessary financial and emotional distress. This is the worst service I have ever observed and will never recommend anyone to use this. In fact will reiterate to everyone to stay away from these Fraudsters!!
