I ordered a chair from pepperfry. The product came defective and I raised a return request. They are denying return saying they can repair it and give. Moreover as per their policy if their product came with missing components I am eligible for a return. But the customer care is denying it and force me to take up the repair option.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
