Spicejet - Denied Boarding and Mental Harrasment

Reached SpiceJet gate at *:** AM for a *:** AM Delhi-Jammu flight on Sept *, **** (PNR: VFCH*Q). Though only * minutes late, I was rudely and unapologetically denied boarding. My luggage was also deboarded, causing further delays and complications. When I informed the staff of a medical emergency back home, I received an extremely insensitive and unprofessional reply: "Sir, humne theka nahi liya aapke ghar ka."The staff claimed they tried calling me, arguing that I hadn't updated my contact number. However, not only was this never requested during the check-in process, but there were also no airport announcements made about the final boarding call for my flight. Moreover, network coverage at the location was poor, making it difficult to receive any calls.Despite multiple attempts to seek a resolution directly with SpiceJet, they refused any form of compensation.
