I have placed an order yesterday from burger king in Zomato,

I waited for one hour for the delivery. After contacting the burger King, they said they've already given the order to someone. Even I called delivery boy, he said burger King told them that someone picked the order already. But that delivery boy have waited for almost **mins near the burger King but didn't get it. Then I contacted customer care and the explained the issue then they cancelled the order and I got the refund.
Then I placed another order (**********) again from Burger king. This time also they've made the delivery boy wait for half an hour and it's almost *.**AM in the morning. When I called burger king they simply said. It will take another *Hour. Then I called Zomato delivery boy then he said he got another order at the same time. He'll take one more extra hour. So he said it'll be *Hours to reach my location. He asked me to cancel the order, if I want it early he said it's not possible before *Hrs.
So I didn't knew it before that there's percentage zomato take if I cancel the order. So I searched the option and cancelled it. They simply manipulated me from **.** to *.** I waited for the order and I couldn't wait for more time at night, because I need to sleep. As delivery boy said it'll be *.** to reach my location. I beg you please consider my issue and please give my money back. It's too bad to spend ***+ and not getting food.
