Uber Eats India - Delivery of Spoilt Food

On *th of January ****, I had ordered chapathi's from the (Kalam Hot KItchen) Restaurant at Tambaram via Uber eats App, the total bill amount was Rs.***. The same got discounted to Rs.** after availing an offer. The order was delivered and sambar given by the Restaurant which got expired and stale. The issue was raised Customer executive one Mr.Kushaldeep (Uber Eats) and demanded for a refund of the said order because it's highly impossible to eat which will lead to several ailments. The customer executive was highly reluctant and not even addressed my grievances . The Uber Eats food delivering company is Vicariously Liable for the Spoilt food delivered, Hence he is liable to pay compensation towards the same and owe me an unconditional apology towards the overt act.
