Nice Maple - Delivery not met Cancellation not accepted

I, Sahaana Santhanam, had placed an order with Nice Maple for one of their best-selling King Size beds with just one customisation, the Fabric colour.

Order ID : NM****.
Payment Date : **th June.
Promised Delivery Date : **th August.
Cancellation Intimation Date : **rd July.

On **rd July, I emailed Nice Maple requesting cancellation and updated them via WhatsApp the same day. They refused cancellation, citing that the order was under process. In my follow-up emails after that, I mentioned the cancellation T&C from their website but was still denied cancellation. I tried calling the provided number on their website, but it mostly went unanswered.

On **th July, I finally got to speak to one of their Customer Care representatives, who said the Order was complete. (My cancellation request was ignored, and Nice Maple continued the process.) Though their Customer Care representative initially refused to cancel, he asked me to write one more email and promised to forward it to his superiors and help me with this. I sent the email on the same day. However, there has been no response to it to date.

On the *th Aug, I called Nice Maple for a follow-up, and the same story repeated. I am tired; no one has helped me with the issue. I requested to talk to their superiors. They said they would arrange a callback but did not.

Neither my cancellation nor my delivery request is met. I am requesting that help be initiated for a cancellation and refund from Nice Maple.
