Meesho aap - Delivery Isseu and Pickup

I had ordered on * October.. had to return it due to size issue, the product was cancelled, pick-up date of which was **-**-** but no one came on that date, then I called customer care, they said it will be done next time but even then no one called and due to incomplete address a message of pickup failed came. It's been ** days doing this but nothing has been resolved..please help sir

हमने meesho से जो आर्डर किया था वो जब हमे रिसीव हुआ तब हमने उसे खोल के देखा तो उसके undr फटा पुराना कपड़ा मिला जो हमने ऑर्डर किया था वो नहीं मिला और फिर हमने जब रिटर्न किया तो डिलिवरी boy ne बोला की same product नही...
