Prasuna Pasagada filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 21, 2022
So myntra delivered a defective Philips hair straightener **** series. They collected my return item but now they are saying they are going to re-ship the rejected product to me. They have ** days return policy for all items included damaged or defective items. They are asking me to contact Philips which ain’t right. Why should I contact Philips when I received a defective item in the first place? Please ask them not to re-ship and create a hassle, and refund my money.
