Pepperfry.com - Delivered damaged product and not accepting return

My order ********* with Pepperfry delivered * products. All three came damaged or broken or fake. I tried raising complaints. Only one product was accepted and two denied by Pepperfry saying we delivered quality products.
Such pathetic arrogance and denying of return is outrageous. I will lodge cybercrime complaint against Pepperfry.
