I am very much annoyed with industry buying services. I had ordered a chair from your website, order no - **********.
The product got delivered * Week late. The item status was out of delivery for almost one week when I checked in the tracker. Finally the item got delivered one week late.
The item packing was very poor. When I opened the item there was bird's shit on the chair cover inside the packing. Then I noticed that the hand rest of the chair was broken.
I did not even open the full package and requested for the refund and to take this broken chair back. I have submitted all the required documents and still not received refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
