It’s regarding a TATA NEXON EV, Nearly in *nd quarter of **** year , I started to notice a drastic fall in battery capacity and I have informed the service dealer TRISTART TATA MOTORS during my second free service and they didn’t. Are about it , later that week I have traveled to a nearly temple which is about *** kms from my home address with ***% charging which shows ***km but in the half way the battery came down to **km with **% battery and I had to charge my car and go . Even tho I changed for ** min with **% battery I drove and by the time I reached temple it’s down to **% and had to push my brand new car with my family including elderly parent , and my sister in law carrying * months baby in her hand and me , my brother and few other responsible citizens helps us to push to a local charge point which took * hrs time. This happened * time in was ways , * time after * serviceing and ones after *th servicing then, I took the car and handed over it at TRISTAR TATA MOTORS for a better service to find the best possible solution, where they said the battery need to be exchanged , so I asked for a temporary vehicle in the mean time , in asking so , I had to call multiple personals and finally a got a assurance from Tata motors team saying that they will reimburse *,***₹ per day till ,they handover my car to me , and it took ** days . For taxi it costed me around **,***₹ which I have loaned at **% . I have submitted my taxi bill to them on **th Aug**** and till date they keep on delaying my payment.
I need my reimbursement amount with interest covered .
