Spicejet Air Line - Delayed luggage on spicejet flight SG12 PNR

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and seek your immediate assistance regarding my delayed luggage from flight SG-** on **th July ****.

I traveled from Dubai to New Delhi on SpiceJet flight SG-** (PNR: K*E**Y). Upon arrival at Delhi airport, I discovered that my luggage had not arrived with my flight and was informed that it had been put on the next flight, which was supposed to reach Delhi later that night. Due to time
constraints, I could not stay in Delhi and was reassured by the airline staff that my luggage would be shipped to my home address in Moradabad. I filled out the required form at the airport and left.

However, it has now been several days, and I have not received any updates regarding my luggage. The contact number provided on the form does not work, and this delay is causing me significant inconvenience.
