Wakefit - Delayed installation and damaged product after installation and now not providing replacement or ref

I had purchased wakefit wardrobe from flipkart on **th September **** and the product was delivered on *st October **** and then no installation was done till **th October and on **th oct when installation was done, multiple parts were damaged by the carpenter and when contacted wakefit they asked for a video where I provided video twice via email and they confirmed that they'd be sending the replacement and they kept delaying it till Nov *th and then a wakefit carpenter came and told most of the parts have been improperly installed and few parts damaged and asked me to wait and then on Nov **th wakefit called me and told me that installation was previously done by third party so they won't provide any replacement or refund now. Now on contacting flipkart they are telling installation was done by wakefit and wakefit is telling installation is done by flipkart agent.

Now I am stuck with a damaged product while neither wakefit nor flipkart are providing support. I have all the mail's and audio recording from wakefit where they have harassed me over ** days without providing support and confessing they took over ** days to send a carpenter. This has been very disturbing for me for over a month and I have wasted a lot of time on getting a simple functional wardrobe. I will attach all the emails and audio logs necessary.
