TEAM,
PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAD INITIATED MULTIPLE LUMPSUM BUY IN EXISTING MF FOLIOS VIA PAYTM MONEY ON **TH OCTOBER FRIDAY WITHIN MARKET CUTOFF AT **:**PM AND WHEN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT WAS SUFFICIENTLY FUNDED, HOWEVER THE ECS PRESENTATION BY PAYTM MONEY WAS MADE ON **ST OCT SATURDAY WHEN THE EXCESS FUND WAS MOVED OUT FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT BEING MARKET HOLIDAY. DUE TO THIS DELAY IN MF BUY PRESENTATION ALL THE ECS GOT BOUNCED AND I HAVE BEEN HEAVILY CHARGED FOR MF ECS BOUNCE CHARGES.
KINDLY EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THIS DELAY CAUSING HUGE FINANCIAL AND REPUTATIONAL LOSS TO ME. I NEED COMPENSATION TO REIMBURSE SAID CHARGES WHICH HAS OCCURED DUE TO LAPSE BY PAYTM MONEY.
