paytm money - PaytmMoney not refunding money for failed transaction

I invested Rs.**** in Franklin India Feeder Mutual Fund through PaytmMoney on **/**/****. But, till now I haven't received any units allotment or my money back. After multiple times trying to reach their Customer Support, I got no satisfactory response. They even don't have any phone support also, if you have any query then you will have to ask chat support. Please help me in getting my money back. Paytm give my money back.
