Gamma Industries Jrc Tower Tagore Nagar Dashmesh Nagar Jalandhar Punjab - Delay Non delivery of products

I ordered various gym equipments - Power Rack, Bench, Barbell, Weight plates and paid in full on ** Apr ****. It was agreed by Mr. Shivam Chauhan that goods will be dispatched in ** days. Later he confirmed that all goods were shipped on ** Apr. When asked for dispatch documents, he made excuses and for next * days did not provide any information, not even the final invoice copy. He stopped responding to my messages and calls, upon which I had no option but to seek help for a refund.
The equipment was specifically ordered so I can continue with workout during pandemic. But delays by the seller ruined it and the worst part is the lack of response after getting the payment. There is complete lack of respect for customer's time.
Hope all customers are alert and go thru complaints filed earlier with this seller to avoid same mistakes made by me.
