Whenever I call the Authorized Person at Gamma Industries Mobile No. **********, I am told that the order is dispatched. But they are not able to provide any Courier Details or Tracking ID of the Shipment. They are also denying to provide me any refund of the same. As such, I have concluded that the Company has defrauded me to the tune of Rs. *****.**. It has caused me lots of harassments and mental agony. Therefore, I request you to provide me suitable judgement and arrange for recovery of the defrauded amount and also pay me compensation for this harassment and fraudulent nature of the company.
