Whitehat Jr - Delay in Refund Process Case by Whitehat Jr

I enrolled my daughter, ***, in WhiteHat Jr's coding classes with the expectation of a quality educational experience. Unfortunately, the classes did not meet our expectations, and she lost interest in continuing them. Consequently, I initiated a refund request for the remaining fee paid in advance.

Our ordeal began with the initial refund request on July *, ****. While WhiteHat Jr acknowledged the request, they consistently failed to provide a clear timeline for the refund process. Multiple reminders and emails were exchanged, and each time, we were met with vague responses, promises of quick resolution, and a lack of concrete action.

On August **, ****, WhiteHat Jr finally confirmed the refund amount, Rs. ***,***, and assured us it would be credited to our bank account within **-** working days. However, this promised timeline came and went, and we still have not received the refund.

Numerous follow-up emails were sent to WhiteHat Jr, urging them to expedite the refund process and provide a specific date for the refund's completion. Unfortunately, their responses remained evasive and failed to offer a clear resolution.

This delay has caused significant financial inconvenience and stress on our end, as we have been left without the funds we had paid for the classes. WhiteHat Jr's lack of transparency and failure to meet their promised timelines has only exacerbated the situation.

In light of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to file this complaint, as I feel cheated and victimized by WhiteHat Jr's prolonged delay in refunding the fee amount. It is my hope that this complaint will prompt WhiteHat Jr to take immediate action to resolve the issue and credit the refund amount as promised.
