Due to the water leakage in the indoor unit of my AC, a complaint registered by me dtd-.**.**.**** on Daikin customer support(ref. Id- ********) than after *-* days Daikin engineers visit for the complaint and changed a PCB of AC and for water leakage they said Water tray of my AC is broken which come after *-* days than we changed this part Closed my ticket DTD. **.**.**** but when I inquired about the part after *-* days they said part is not approved by company after that again a complaint registered by me on Daikin coustomer care DTD.- **.**.****(ref. I'd.- ********/GHA****************) but no engineer come for visit than I called the service center for my complaint they said part is not approved by the company because plastic part is not covered under warranty than I said him that I am ready for the payment of the part and called Daikin customer care DTD **.**.**** and they updated my remarks that customer is ready for the payment of parts in the complaint DTD.- **.**.****(ref. I'd.- ********/GHA****************) but no engineer visit for my complaint than a complaint registered by me on National consumer helpline app DTD **.**.**** with ticket I'd(*******) for which a false reply( customer is not ready to pay the charges) send by Daikin customer contact service operations team dtd **.**.****.
