Good Day.
This is With reference to my booking Id: NU*************** with Make My trip last year in ****.
The Company is not providing any compensation or refund for the poor amenity provided despite genuine proofs and claims.
I had raised the issue regarding the aforesaid booking Id within ** days of my travel. As a matter of fact, I had raised the issue within * days of my travel. Yet, the Company is not taking the responsibility of issuing a mere refund of Rs**** for the poor services provided by the bus transporter: Northern Travels. I have sufficient evidence highlighting that I was not able to board the bus as the bus was already filled with passengers due to dirty tricks of the transporter. Even then the Company is not taking any action against the transporter and most primarily, not issuing a deserving refund to me. My son has a leg syndrome and was forced to sit in a small confined space in a makeshift seat as we were not allowed to sit in proper seats. Is this the way a Company to whom I have been loyal for several years treats its clients? My son suffered severe leg problems after the gruesome bus travel. I have been a loyal patron for more than * years, yet, the alienating treatment has left me heartbroken. I am willing to escalate the matter if timely compensation is not provided.

I request for prompt redressal of my grievance otherwise, I am willing to escalate the matter to higher authorities
