Make My Trip India Pvt Ltd - denied me refund when airline company is ready to refund

i have purchased air tickets ( mumbai to maldives ) for friday **/*/**** at *:** am from mumbai to male AND RETURN
with srilankan air lines
booking details ( booking id: NN************* AND TICKET NO : ***-********** , ***-**********).

now due to CORONA virus issue in maldives and other places , i wish to cancel my ticket or change the date .

when i contacted make my trip by calling on thier helpline no. , after makeing me suffer for * days by putting my call on hold and cutting my call , which inturn caused me a lot of trouble to contact them. make my trip representative told me to contact " srilankan airlines " directly for details , regarding cancellation and refund .

when i contacted srilankan airlines , they informed me after checking my ticket no. and other details that only due to corona virus issue this booking can be cancelled by forfeiting **** indian rupees per ticket against my booking amount .
i requested sri lankan air lines to send me official mail that such thing of cancellation can be availed , which they did quickly and i recieved the mail to my mail box
so again i contacted Make my trip helpline ( after many repeated attempts as helpline no keeps me waiting for hours) and spoke to Mr. arbaaz siqque , who told me to forward him the email which " srilankan airlines " have sent regarding cancellation with minimum charges .
as i forwarded him the mail on email id: arbaaz.siddique@gmail.com as well to make my trip all officials ( noreply@makemytrip.com , sumit.thereja@makemytrip.com , mydesksupport@makemytrip.com)
Mr. arbaz informed me that they have also recieved mail from srilankan airlines regarding the same cancellation policy . and he will be discussing the issue with his seniors and will advice me how to avail refund.
However he never contacted me back.
Again after repeated attemps to speak to make my trip representative , when i got connected in the evening ( waiting almost * hours on hold in total)
i was informed by make my trip that such refund is not available , nor they have recieved any mails from me.
i have all the proofs of mail as well as call recordings with the representatives .

My flight date is **/*/**** , and i feel cheated by make my trip company , who , upon getting refund from srilankan airlines , is not ready to pass on the benifits and thier representaives , using automated helpline no. facility to mislead me and use it like a cover by connecting me to a different representative thereby not even raising a comnplaint issue ( i am not even given a complain no.)

please do the needfull at the earliest
