Daikin AC is purchased by me for two units of one tonne each and same was purchased on ** Nov, ****. The installation was done on * Dec, **** & ** Dec, **** after delay of ** days and ** days. Even AC that is installed is not done properly and it was wrongly done resulting in leakage of gas and AC was not giving the cooling effect. So I need replacement of AC or refund my entire money along with cost incurred for installation and other expenses. Plus the compensation of deficiency of service and delay in service.
