I would like to bring in your notice that My vehicle:
HONDA AMAZE JK**H****
Chassis No. M**DF************.
met with an accident on **/**/**** and is at dealership end for repairing from **/**/****.
Till date two months are over my vehicle has not been delivered back to me even if all the formalities has already been submitted by the insurance company. I was informed by the staff that the vehicle will be delivered within a month and max **days but till now, it had not been done.
As per the staff some parts are yet to be delivered then only work will get start on the vehicle. * months are enough for any kind of repair, even many new vehicles can be constructed from scrap in this time.
It’s really disappointing no one is listening.
I asked them Just take how much time they want at least give me an alternative vehicle so that my work should not get disturbed. Nothing happened. Till date
Today a mail is dropped to Honda care India let’s see ..
