My car Honda Brio given in Shree Honda Rajarhat, Kolkata for accidental repair. It has been more than four months now the car is lying in service centre due to non availability of certain parts. Neither the dealer nor the company is helping me or giving me a specific date on when can I get my car. This has resulted in heavy financial and mental disdain for me as the car is an integral part of my daily commute and mobility option for my senior citizen parents.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
