Claim reference - *****. I had submitted reimbursement claim to Edelweiss TPA on **th Feb ****. Post which there were too many too and fro for documentations. I submitted all the documents as requested by the Company, I even submitted a Declaration to process my claim basis the scans and once the lockdown open, I shall submit the Originals. There are few originals lying with Edelweiss which the company is not sending to Ericson TPA despite my multiple requests. Even Ericson is not responding to my emails and calls, and stating to submit originals to process the claim. I am stuck between * TPA's and claim is not settled even after * months. I have even made a grievence registration with IRDA ref no. **-**-******. But the TPA is helpless.
