 - Delay in Claim Closed

I have paid **k for insurance and **k for claim processing when my phone was damaged. It is been more than a month, my phone is not yet delivered to me. I am facing mental harassment every day calling Times Global Assurance and Chandan from Accent Gadget Care where I have couriered my phone to repair. I am posting it here so that the company takes steps for a speedy process. Failing this, I will have to initiate legal actions in the Honorable Consumer Forum, Bengaluru. I have made numerous calls/SMS/Emails about this to the company. I want my phone repaired perfectly or a new device of the same model.
