Times Global Assurance - No claim reimbursement

I had purchased mobile insurance from Times Global assurance for my iPhone ** pro max *** GB. They shared me the Policy no *********** on **th Dec ****. They shared me the Policy no *********** on **th Dec ****. My phone was stolen on **th Feb ****, as per process I immediately informed the company via email and phone on same day and as instructed by them gathered all the required documents FIR, Case closure summary report, cancelled cheque and Aadhar card and sent them over email on *th Dec **** as the Case closure report from Borivali Court took time. I forwarded all the documents to them on *th Dec **** on the registered email ID timesglobalassurance.gmail.com Since then I am trying to reach them over phone and email but there has been no response and now they have stopped answering my call too. I am feeling cheated and now thinking that the company is a fraud.
