Grofers India Pvt Ltd - Delay and fraud committed

I place an order on June *st for the set of products to be delivered on June *nd between *-*. The next day delivery guy gets assigned and for the whole day, this guy neither calls me nor pick the call. I have the call logs which I am intentionally not posting here. I tried their chat and phone support chat support is in the picture. And phone support is redundant. This guy calls up at *:** to tell me that my order was damaged so it wasn't delivered and tells me that since the order is damaged the delivery guy was never assigned.
In that case, keeping his words in consideration this delivery boy Sanjay is some fake alias used by the firm to cheat over customer cause no one is actually calling the delivery boy for confirmation and they already have marked my order damaged.
More to it they apparently don't have a complaint system cause when I asked them to mention in the complaint that the customer is approaching customer court they don't have a complaint number to share which can be used as a checkpoint in the process. I've attached some noteworthy screenshots of the order process. This constant trouble and intimated decisions & inappropriate customer support make me liable for a sorry letter from the head of the department & pay for this horrendous trouble they caused me.
