Dear Sir / Madam
I work for a company which is UK based MNC and I always prefer to fly AIR INDIA despite I having unrestricted budget from my office.
Last night I travelled from Singapore to Delhi (Boarding Pass enclosed) and I was not only shocked / pained to see a huge deficiency of Services but more that the crew did not mind defaming INDIA on an international fight.
There was no seat pocket (picture enclosed), no blanket, no pillow, smaller aircraft, un-controlled Air-conditioner (too hot), a very rude crew, the list is endless.
But the more painful area was that the crew supervisor Mr Anupama Rawat was highly argumentative and was defaming INDIA in most of her conversations, which to me was highly objectionable. althougg I did not have any conversation with her because as I saw her behavior with others, it was meaningless to talk to her.
Further when most of the passengers got irritated about the absence of the blanket, she increased the AC temperature (which I am sure can be verified electronically subject to aircraft's information system). They told us that they have set it at ** deg C but it was hot to an unsafe limit. We were suffocating and in unsafe situation. The water was served ** minutes after the seat belt sign was switched off. Earlier water was removed from my baggage while security check. So with a high temp it was without water from close than an hour.
She loudly said you want blanket...I increased AC temp...is that ok to all?? I can increase it further also!!! That was rude in front of so many international passengers speaking bad about the airlines and our country.
This was a deliberate attempt of not only being illogical but also playing with Safety and increasing the travel risks for each passenger.
I have huge objection as an Indian citizen for any person's derogatory remarks in an International flight defaming India and also subjecting passengers to unsafe means.
I remember my return fare was also way too high. (Attaching the ticket) But deliberate unsafe travels, with absolute negative attitude of the crew coupled with enormous deficiency of very basic services is highly objectionable and I therefore demand and appeal to refund my return travel cost of both my self and y wife (Ms PRAGATI JAUHARI).
I also demand a serious punishment for Ms Anupam Rawat for using objectionable language for India. It may please be noted that I did not have a single argument or conversation with her, but I was closely watching her misbehave to most of the other passengers in a manner after which I decided not to indulge with her in any kind of conversation.
