Zareen Nx - Deficiency in product and not returning and refunding as promised

I booked a dress online which was shown on facebook marketplace page.All the procedure was done through messenger application and the seller convinced me that the product will be returned and my money will be refunded in case its not same as shown in image.So after i received the dress it was damaged and the quality was very poor so, i requested them to return and they kept giving me excuses for nearly a week after i received the product and later they did not lift my call and also left the messenger .Senders details are as followed
