I had ordered a kurti-plazzo set from zareen nx through facebook messenger and before purchasing, they promised to refund as the product is not the same as promised. I have been chasing them for more than a week still no response is being received from their end. Now they don't even pick the call or reply on text.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
