Lifestyle - Defective Watch received from Lifestyle and Not taking Back

I ordered the watch ***** with order id **********.

I received the watch with some scratches on main dial and on back side.

I requested return.

I got the confirmation of return by their executive. I have call recording for that.

Now they are denying.

This is mental harrasment.

I need your support.
