I had purchased my laptop in January of ****. It was a HP ***X PAVILION. I had a care pack of extended warranty. While the product purchased was some odd related to screen . The screen was weak since the purchase. I thought i will not be issue . Slowly the screen gotten weak and got breaked all over the screen there were cracks .Now when i go to service center they say that the product related my issue will not come under the warranty and they are asking me pay a huge price that is ** percent of the product 's price to pay for the repair and the new replacement parts where i even had care pack warranty .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
