We bought a new queen bed from Pepperfry.com last month. In a week or so after we started using it we found that its making lot of noises, pasting over the board is coming off and the entire back rest panel is bent. We immediately raised complaint to Pepperfry through Portal and Over the call, raised replacement request and not refund. For around *.* week we haven't heard anything from them but then they assigned a technician to visit and verify the claim. The technician updated that the product is defective. Now after this we followed up for * weeks and suddenly we received a call from their case manager that the entire damage is due to usage. In a shock I tried to reason out with this worthless representative but nothing positive. This pepperfry person is not even willing to make a statement that we have spent ***** rupees for nothing.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
