Maxbhi.com - Defective Product

Hello Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung Galaxy J* pro - Black (display glass combo folder) from maxbhi.com on ** Sep **** but I had received a faulty product and I informed them on the same day to replace this or refund back my money but they denied stating that they do not have a policy to refund but they can replace and advised me to ship the product to their given address, as per their request I had shipped the product the same day to the given address and after they received the product they give me a lame excuse stating that the lens is damaged and cannot be replaced. This company is looting their customers with wrong claims and denying replacements and refunds. However, I strongly fell they are showing their customers already damaged products which they already hold and deny to replace or refund.
Also I prove that the product which i have shipped for replacement is different from what they are showing as damaged by me. I see easily prove that the product which they are showing is completely a different one.
Request you to kindly address this issue as this company is a threat to poor consumers such as me. Regards plz refund my amound
