Amazon Order #*****************. As per Amazon, sellers are responsible for any retail transaction on Amazon. The seller Appario Retail Pvt Ltd. delivered pTron Bassbuds Duo bluetooth earbuds against the aforementioned order on **th Feb ****. I found that the items was defective as one side was not working and the bluetooth connection got broken even at a distance of * meters while they advertise it ** meters. Hence, I wanted to get it replaced within * days policy but no one listened. I finally had to purchase a new earphones from another place. I hereby ask the seller to take back the product and refund my money else I would be forced to file court case for this fraud.
