Appario Retail Private Limited - Wrong item for three times in a row

I had ordered MD****DW printer by brother for three times and each time I was delivered wrong item. This is unusual and costs me money and mental health. I was given assurance after first wrong delivery that I'm gonna get the right product, but each time they send me the same product.
