I have ordered one saree from Myntra app and i received defective product. My order id is *********************.And same day i requsted for return along with the reason. Next day without checking the product pick up boy return from our building and informed we will be back tomorrow to pick this saree. I called myntra customer care they raised return requst but without informing me they have declined my return request without any reason. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for return.
What is the point of return policy if it can't solve the genuine problems of customer. Why should I suffer for no fault of mine? I want to return the product and my hard earned money back. And please make it ASAP.
