- Defective product received ^Open

I had received this device Samsung a** on ** March and since i turned it on i have been facing severe overheating issues. Even a call for * mins heats up the phone so much that its literally untouchable. So, within the return period i applied for return, the representative came to test my device and after examining the overheating issue, he said, and i quote: " HEATING IS COMMON IN NOWADAYS DEVICE, DUE TO BIGGER SCREEN AND BIGGER BATTERIES ", he installed some app for cooling of device but it didn't work a bit and the next day i get message from Flipkart that my issue has been resolved and my refund has been cancelled. So i again tried for refund which wasn't applicable anymore hence, i was asked to apply for replacement soon, i get to know my replacement also has been cancelled for reasons unknown. After exchanging plenty messages and raising issues the seller has now cancelled my request for refund after * months saying that the device was intact while the time of dispatching. It's been * months i am not using this device it is still inside the box. I FEEL SO CHEATED! After spending such an amount of money i get a device that's literally unusable, it heats so much if i start using it, god knows when will it explode. Will Flipkart take responsibility of me or my family after any such incident takes place or the seller? I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FLIPKART SERVICE AND ALSO THE SELLER, because after exchanging so many emails now after * months still my issue isn't resolved, the money is gone, and i am still holding on to a defective piece, unable to use the phone. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART EVER AGAIN. THEY DON'T CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION AS THE SELLER CHEAT THEM AND REJECT REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR NONSENSE REASONS, THEY JUST SIT BACK AND SUPPORT SUCH SELLERS.
