Initiated return request for one of the sarees in Jiofab. I bought * sarees online on Jan *th **** and received them by Jan**th. Immediately I received the product I checked the saree and came to see the embroidery works are unfinished and the entire saree smells weird paint smell. If one thread is pulled away accidentally the entire saree will get spoiled since there’s no inner cloth and the threads are hanging out from the designs. Worst design and quality, not worth for Rs.****. The customer service responded back saying me to do fall’s stitching, how can I do falls stitching for the entire saree? Falls stitching means it covers only the bottom part. They didn’t even know how to candle a customer or they aren’t ready to solve our issues. Their main motive is just to make money. I don’t know how they gonna survive in the market. Please don’t waste your time and money by buying from this website - its a cheap, fraudulent site. It will make you mentally stressed.
