Respected sir,
I'm Nilanjana Upadhyay from Jamshedpur (jharkhand).I've bought a saree from jiofab.com which is an online shopping app. I've bought the saree for Rs.****.I have received the saree on **th of August and as the saree is of *rd class quality,I want to return it...but they are not accepting to return my saree nor they are ready to refund my money. I've also lodged a complaint regarding this in NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE and my docket no.is *******.As the jiofab team is not even replying the national consumer care so they have advised me to mail this issue to you.I want to lodge a case against this jiofab team.
