Partsbigboss.in - Defective Product delivered

I had ordered a head lamp(RHS) for my car(Renault Logan) from Partsbigboss on July ** th
I somehow received the delivery on August **th after continuous follow up through emails and phone.
And it turned out to be a defective product after all !!!!
I started communicating the same from then on till now.
The company stopped responding after the delivery. The don't pickup the call .they don't give reply to emails or whatsapp.
I had even raised this issue in national consumer helpline, they said partsbigboss isn't responding to any email or phone calls we can't help you !!!!!
And now here I am trying to figure out a way to get away with e-commerce fraudsters ^_^
