Hi,
I had ordered * parts (*.Axle Assembly Verna (LHS) (V*), *.Axle Assembly Verna (LHS) (V*)) for my Hyundai verna *.* petrol **** model.
Order id: *********
Fedex AWB: ************.
I ordered this on the *st of Aug and got it delivered on the **th of Aug. Their delivery timeline is *-* days, however they shipped the item only on **st of Aug. In between when ever i asked for the shipping status, they used to tell that the courier company missed the parcel, the system has crashed etc.. They also called me to verify the car details.
After I received the parcel, i took it to the garage, and removed the original car parts to replace the new ones. The car parts they sent were not fitting as the bell of both the axles were too small. I wrote to them, but they insist the they have sent the correct parts and since then are not responding. Also, I had sent the picture of the area where it is not fitting also. I have wasted * month to get these parts only to find they are not fitting. Can you please help in getting the parts returned and the cost refunded. I have attached the proofs(Mail, whatsapp, invoice, pictures sent to the merchant). Thanks & regards..
