I had ordered for a whirlpool washing machine. Shopclues delivered a defective product. After e asked for a return request , they have been postoning it since * month now. and bluntly they close they issue. they are not returning the money also.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
