Myntra India - Defective product delivered

I purchased the Arrow shoes from myntra on **th July which got delivered to me on **th July. Firstly they are still under there return policy time limit apart from that they were sold to me with * months manufacturing warranty. When i wore them for the first time with **-** min while sitting i noticed that it's left inner panel was having the manufacturing defect. Immediately i clicked the images of the defect and shared it with myntra on July **th and asked them to return that product as it's having a manufacturing defect and return my money back. Since day * after the complaint they are not accepting it and they refused to return it back even been under the return time period as well as warranty. After repeated complaints they are simply denying to return the product back. This how they are trying to sell the fake products under the brand name and looting us. Everyday i have been investing more than *-* hours contacting them. But nothing is turning up.
