- Defective product delivered and not ready to refund Open
I ordered one saree on **th of October for dusshera but they gave me wrong product so I requested for replacement. But it was my bad decision to order from meesho and expecting an exchange. Meesho picked my defective saree and then gave me a delivery date of *th of November. Every time they change a delivery date of the product from *th to *th and *th to *th now they don't have any update on product and they are not ready to give me refund.
Meesho customer care is very rude and they disconnect my call every time we connect them.
