Flipkart. com - defective product delivered .. Seal is already opened and attached

flipkart - defective product delivered (honor *a (blue, ** GB - * gb ram) with ordered id ( od******************), company refuses to take back product/replace and refund amount.
I have received honor *a(blue, ** gb - * gb ram) mobile on ** july with replacement. but this time Seal is already opened and attached. box itself showing old/scratches on some places.... so how can we trust on this…..this mobile may used/damaged ...As of now I have not opened the box. (still I am in return policy period )
flipkart cheated me. they dumped me a defective product Honor *A and are refusing to take it back replace/refund. no discussions from their side before closure of calls, customer care executives are helpless ..they always saying backend team is working..backend team is working ...after ** or ** hours they simply closing the requests without proper justification. Almost ** times tried to reach them ..but there is no answer . Kindly do need full .
