Eureka Forbes water purifier - Defective piece recieved

I prchased a eureka forbes aquasquare delight model water purifier on July ****. Since then it is not working properly for that I contacted to customer care number of times but my problem is still not resolved. So I wanted to replace that defected item and they accepted for replacement. But after that complaint there is no response from their side even though I have been contacting them regarding this issue but no response from them. Its very disappointing and disturbing to me. Please file the case to get right justice
